To best accommodate all clients and respect scheduled time, I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 25% of the total scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the card on file. •No-Show Policy• Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” In the event of a no-show, a fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.
